He graduated from Carabobo University School of Law in Venezuela, and has advanced studies in Foreign Trade from Carabobo University Latin American Caribbean Education Centre (CELAC). He has served as an immigration paralegal for over 15 years and has ample experience in immigration matters, as well as  personal injury, workers’ compensation and commercial matters. Helene has experience in employment based immigration law and family based immigration law. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri (1998) and Arizona (2008). She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).   She graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law where she worked for a Human Rights and Immigration Clinic and received a Pro Bono Service Award.  She volunteers with CARA, helping detained women and children asylum seekers, predominately from Central America.  She is fluent in Spanish and French; having lived in Spain, France and Mexico.

His expertise includes immigration, criminal defense, estate planning and small business matters.  Prior to going into private practice, Ed worked for the Missouri State Public Defender’s office, clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals, and assisted his law school’s immigration clinic.  Edward graduated at the top of his class at St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio
